Social account data and disconnection
Version 2026-11-02 · Effective November 2, 2026
Disconnect an account
Sign in to ScopeMesa, select the company, open Ceribro, then Social accounts. An owner or manager can disconnect the selected account. Disconnection removes its stored publishing credential and prevents new posts through that connection. You can disconnect after your subscription ends.
A request already sent to a platform may still finish. Check its saved result and the platform before posting again. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram; manage those posts on the platform.
Open CeribroRequest deletion or export
Contact TJ@steadyforthllc.com with your ScopeMesa company name and the social account involved. Say whether you want to disconnect, export stored drafts and receipts, or request deletion of social-account data. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or access tokens.
We verify your identity and authority before handling the request. Social drafts, photos and publication receipts belong to the selected company, separately from personal Ceribro conversations. Billing, security and audit records may have a different retention scope. The ordinary company ZIP currently excludes social records; request a social export separately.
You can also remove ScopeMesa from your platform's connected-app settings. Provider records, existing posts and provider retention are controlled separately by that platform. See the privacy notice for retained records and backups.
