The initial pilot

Steadyforth LLC provides ScopeMesa, an installable web app for construction work with PocketMind assistance. The initial USA pilot is limited to five paying companies using iPhone or desktop. Android device testing is still pending. Company records require an internet connection.

Use only content you are authorized to provide. Company members can access business records according to their roles. Keep account access private and review your team's permissions.

Plans and the free trial

New companies can start a 7-day Normal trial when pilot capacity is available. No card is required and the trial never charges automatically. The company shares 25 text replies for the entire trial. Pro analysis and image generation are not part of that trial.

Paid service requires an explicit purchase. Subscriptions renew at the monthly or annual interval you select until renewal is canceled. Review the amount, interval and any plan-change proration before confirming payment. Your account shows any previously accepted subscription terms.

Included AI use

Paid Normal and Pro companies share 500 text replies per UTC calendar month. Pro also includes 40 photo/PDF analyses per UTC calendar month. Qwen on Cloudflare powers chat and analysis. Image generation and live web lookup are unavailable. Plan extraction uses the same analysis allowance. Allowances are shared across company members and do not roll over.

AI use depends on available service capacity as well as your remaining allowance. Shared pilot capacity, safety limits or provider availability can pause AI even when an individual allowance remains. There are no automatic AI usage overage charges. An unconfirmed request can hold a credit; check its status before retrying. Deleting content does not restore used allowances.

AI answers and generated images can be incorrect or out of date. Review facts, drawing scale, dimensions, quantities, prices and project conditions before using an answer or sharing an estimate. Generated images are illustrations, not verified measurements or construction documents. AI assistance does not replace your professional review.

Cancellation and refunds

A company owner or billing manager can open Subscription and use the billing portal to cancel renewal at the end of the paid period. Editing continues through that period. Afterward, records remain available to read and export while they are retained.

The first paid subscription payment is refundable when you request a refund within seven calendar days, for either a monthly or annual plan. Renewal payments and unused periods are generally not refundable, except for duplicate charges, service failure or requirements of applicable law. See the refund policy for the manual request process. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. A full subscription refund ends the refunded paid period and its renewal; retained records remain available to read and export.

Records and support

Keep your own copies of important work. Company ZIP downloads have limits and do not include all personal PocketMind or saved plan-review data. The privacy notice explains separate downloads, deletion controls and retained records.
