In-app requests require sign-in and a company account. They are saved for the ScopeMesa owner to review.

Manage a subscription

A company owner or billing manager can open Subscription. When Manage subscription is available, open the billing portal to review its renewal and cancellation options and effective dates before confirming. Contact support if you need help canceling renewal.

For a billing question or charge review, email support with your company name and the relevant invoice number. Account access, export and account-closure questions can also be submitted for manual review.
